Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We authorize credit cards when we receive orders but do not charge cards until we ship to you.  All garments will be carefully tissue-wrapped and enclosed in a garment bag.  Free gift wrapping upon request.

Exchanges

You may return any garment for another size as long as tags are still attached and garment has not been worn.  All shipments include directions for returns and exhchanges as well as the return labels for your convenience.  Please note that customers will not be charged additional delivery fees for the exchange.

Refunds

If you would like to return your purchase, please return the garment within 10 days from date of purchase.  All shipments come with instructions for returns and return labels for your convenience.  Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn, the purchasing amount will be credited to the purchaser’s credit card or account. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the cancellation notice.

We strongly advise customers to thoroughly check the product and try it on when it is received to ensure you are satisfied with the products. Refunds and exchanges will not be permitted after 10 days from the date of purchase.

Your privacy is important to us. Please note that all personal details provided will remain with dawnramu.com and will not under any circumstances be distributed to third parties. Your details will be kept on a private database for dawnramu.com use only.
